This is a reminder that we will have new student enrollment on July 30th from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. There is a link below for parents to sign up to come in to the office.
New students should follow the steps below to pre-enroll following the steps below:
1. Create a harmony family access account if you do not have one.
a. Go to this website:
c. Click on create an account here
2. If you already have an account please go ahead and log in to the above website. If you don’t remember your username or password email the helpdesk@swest.k12.in.us and one of the technology support staff will get back to you with the requested information. Please be sure to leave your name, student’s school, and students name that you already have enrolled in school.
3. Once the account is created or you are logged in to an existing account, scroll down the page.
a. Click on I Need to enroll a New Student (Large Green Letters).
b. Click on enroll I Need to enroll a New Student, since this is the first time this student will be enrolled in Southwest School Corporation.
1. Pick the school in which you wish to enroll the new student (Sullivan Elementary or Carlisle Elementary).
2. The click the enroll button.
3. The web enrollment page comes up for that school.
There are several sections to fill out with demographic information.
a. The student’s name as it is on the student’s birth certificate. This is important as we will assign a Student Number from the state and the name must match as it appears on the birth certificate. Please DO NOT USE a nickname or any name other than what is on the birth certificate.
b. The student’s address.
c. The student’s phone number.
Guardian Information:
a. Father’s Information
b. Mother’s information
c. Alert Notification numbers
d. Emergency Contacts
e. Medical Information
f. Be sure to click SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page—failure to do so means the information will not reach the school.
g. When completed and submitted, you will get a confirmation on the screen your information has been sent.
1. Be sure to write down your username and password somewhere secure. You will be needing this in the future
2. In the future, you will receive a registration code to get your student linked to your newly created harmony account.
At the school new students will need to provide two pieces of mail to confirm your address, birth certificate and immunization records if you have them available. There are other documents that need completed at the school at that time.
Returning students can update information and complete online forms at home using their Parent Harmony Account.
New students should make their appointment to come into the office on July 30th by using the Sign Up Genius link below.
